Hit-and-run driver arrested after striking postal vehicle, injuring mailman

A 22-year-old hit-and-run driver from New Jersey was arrested after slamming into a U.S. Postal Service truck in Pennsylvania and injuring the postal worker, authorities said.
Hamlet Espinal was located on Tuesday in Glenolden, Pennsylvania, and taken into custody, 11 days after the crash in nearby Sharon Hill, local police said.
The crash in Delaware County took place at the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and Clifton Avenue. When Sharon Hill police arrived, the postal worker was lying in the road and his vehicle was heavily damaged. The federal employee was listed in stable condition following the crash, police said.
